Over the past three decades, we have successively introduced seven state-of-the-art automated BOPP film production lines from Germany, the United Kingdom, and Japan, representing the most advanced technology in the world.
Through nearly 30 years of dedicated effort, the company' s annual production capacity has grown from 3,000 tons in 1989 to over 130,000 tons today.
Hardvogue owns owns automatic combined-type high Vacuum Aluminium Plating Machines (4 sets of Chinese machine and 2 Germany made LEYBOLD), coating machines, compound machines, steam conditioners, cutting machine, rewinding machines, mould pressing machines, etc. The capacity of metallized paper is over 30000MT per year.
The production capacity of adhesive labels is widely utilized in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, food, daily chemicals, office supplies, logistics, supermarkets, electronics, electrical appliances, stationery, and automotive sectors. With 20 productions lines, Hardvogue's adhesive label production capacity is 10 million square meters per day.
