Film thickness ranges from 12–100μm, with widths between 375–3200mm. High-speed, high-precision production is supported by Fuji coating machines from Japan (precision ±1μm), fully compatible with automated production lines in the personal care, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
● Functional Customization Options
IML Film: Thickness 60–70μm, high-temperature resistant (up to 180°C at injection point). Ideal for applications such as Nongfu Spring bottle caps and Blue Moon detergent bottles.
Heat Seal Film: Thickness 20–40μm, low sealing initiation temperature (SIT ≤ 120°C), designed for yogurt lids and ice cream packaging. Sealing strength ≥ 3.5N/15mm.
Pearlized Film: Thickness 35–38μm, featuring high whiteness (≥88%) for a premium appearance. Enhances packaging for L'Oréal cosmetics and high-end liquor gift boxes.

Customized Self-Adhesive Materials
Full-spectrum customization of substrates, adhesives, and surface treatments
Hardvogue produces approximately 10 million square meters of adhesive materials per day. Surface materials vary widely and include film, paper, and foil, while liner options cover 8 types of substrates such as PET and glassine. Adhesive formulations are customized for different applications, including those requiring performance at extremely low temperatures. Clients can choose from 5 types of adhesives, such as hot-melt, water-based, and more.
To meet specific functional and branding needs, 6 types of surface treatments are supported—including embossing, thermochromic ink, and registered holography. These solutions are designed to serve the FMCG, logistics, and electronics industries, offering self-adhesive roll materials that adapt to a wide range of application scenarios.

Customized Service Process
1. Requirement Consultation
Clients can submit their customization needs for metallized paper, BOPP film, or self-adhesive roll materials via phone, email, or the official website. Requests typically include specifications (width, thickness, length), performance requirements (e.g. ink adhesion for metallized paper, heat seal performance for BOPP film), application scenarios (such as food packaging or personal care labels), and budget limitations.
A dedicated Hardvogue account manager will respond within 24 hours, reach out proactively to understand detailed requirements, and arrange online or in-person meetings with the technical team to collect supplementary information.
2. Solution Design
Based on the client's needs and Hardvogue's advanced production capabilities and industry experience, the technical team develops a tailored roll material solution. The proposal includes material selection, process parameters, quality control standards, estimated delivery time, and an initial quotation.
The plan is submitted for client review, and the team will revise and fine-tune the proposal based on feedback until final approval is reached.
3. Sample Production & Testing
Once the proposal is finalized, sample production is completed within 72 hours, using advanced equipment such as Germany’s Leybold and Japan’s Fuji coating machines to ensure quality.
Samples undergo comprehensive testing, including:
● Physical tests (tensile strength, water resistance)
● Chemical tests (heavy metal content, solvent residue)
● Functional tests (holographic anti-counterfeit effects for metallized paper, barrier properties for BOPP film)
Testing reports and samples are delivered to the client for evaluation and trial. Feedback is collected and used to optimize the sample as needed.
4. Mass Production
Upon sample approval, mass production is initiated. Hardvogue uses an MES digital management system for real-time monitoring of the production process, ensuring progress and quality control.

5. Logistics & Delivery
