1. Test Purpose
To check whether metallized paper labels tend to stick together under high temperature, humidity, or pressure, and to evaluate their anti-blocking performance and storage stability.
⸻
2. Test Equipment
• Constant temperature oven or temperature-humidity chamber
• Pressing plate or weight (0.5–1 kg/cm²)
• Scissors, tweezers
• Label samples
⸻
3. Test Procedure
1. Cut two 10×10 cm samples and place them face-to-face (printed sides together); drop four drops of water on the four corners.
2. Place the samples in the oven at 50 °C under a pressure of 0.5 kg/cm² for 24 hours.
3. Remove the samples and let them cool for 30 minutes at room temperature.
4. Manually separate the samples and observe whether any blocking, ink transfer, or aluminum layer peeling occurs.
